Description

'The Mold Food and Drink Festival' is a showcase and celebration of the quality food and drink that is produced, sold and served in the market town of Mold and its surrounding area. Mold is a town where the quality of life really matters and the festival strives to show that. The festival also aims to support and encourage those who seek a career in hospitality and food. The region extends a warm welcome to all visitors from near and far. It is a great place to visit and the Festival demonstrates just some of the attractions that we have to offer in this beautiful part of North Wales. To find out more, please browse our website which will be updated regularly. The two days of the festival are a 'must do' for local people who turn up in their hundreds to meet up with friends and enjoy wandering around the stalls, sampling what's on offer and shopping. Many make a bee line to watch the expert cookery demonstrations or the cookery competitions. When it's time to take a break, they can choose a delicious purchase from one of the many catering outlets and sit down and tuck in whilst being entertained by a rolling programme of musical performances. It's all pleasure!
