Description
Starting from the Holyhead Maritime Museum, which charts Holyhead’s maritime history through the years, we will proceed along Newry Beach and then on to the Breakwater Country Park. Here You can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this reclaimed quarry with it’s varied habitats including lakes and heathland. Tea and coffee available both at the Country Park and the Maritime museum. We will be accompanied by local historians and members of the Countryside and AONB Service. You are welcome to bring your dog but it should be on a lead at all times. Please register in advance for this trip
